Children's data (Velvet Kids)
For children's birthday parties and celebrations we only ask for the data that is necessary, and always from the mother, father or guardian. Under Article 7 of the LOPDGDD, children under 14 cannot give consent themselves: their parents or guardians give it on their behalf.
Recipients
We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and our business advisers may access it, solely in order to provide us with a service and under a data processing agreement. Vercel Inc. is based in the United States: this international transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
WhatsApp and Instagram are services provided by Meta Platforms: if you contact us through them, Meta also processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policies. If you prefer, you can email us or visit us in person.
The map in the “Visit us” section is drawn using OpenStreetMap: when you view it, your browser requests the map images from its servers, which receive your IP address. They are managed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, in the United Kingdom, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. The fonts, the 3D content and the rest of the website are served from our own server.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure, objection to, restriction of and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@velvetcullera.com or in person at the café. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) (www.aepd.es).
